Meet Jennifer
I help people resolve their family law and probate issues in a way that works best for them.
When clients bring me their conflicts, I’m honored to help them find lasting resolutions. I have helped dads, moms, and kids in all kinds of circumstances. Every situation is unique.
Mediators have their own styles; my approach is both personal and pragmatic. Clients trust me because of my years of experience, my personal integrity, and my process. I’m known as down-to-earth, empathetic, and respectful.
Some disputes must be handled in the courtroom. As a partner at Deno Millikan, my trial practice focuses on helping injured people recover, resolving probate matters, and assuring vulnerable people are kept safe through guardianships.
But a great majority of family law cases can be – and I believe should be – resolved through mediation so families can move on to new, more peaceful relationships without the high financial and emotional costs of adversarial litigation. That’s why Mediate Liberate was created. I’ve completed specialized mediation training with Woody Mosten and Susan Guthrie, nationally recognized leaders in the field.
I’m a lifelong resident of Snohomish County, Washington, and I am committed to our community. Away from work, I enjoy cooking, hiking, and camping with my daughters and husband.
